Princess Zorah Chapter No. 10 was organized in December 1909. The Chapter received its charter on May 17, 1910, under the administration of the first Grand Officers.

The first Worthy Matron of Princess Zorah Chapter No. 10 was Sis. Lizzy Palmer Berry (1909-1910). The first Worthy Patron of Princess Zorah Chapter No. 10 was Bro. E. Tracy Blagburn (1909-1912).
